What file formats do you accept for printing?

What is your turnaround time for custom printing jobs?
Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Rush services are available for an additional fee, with turnaround times as quick as 48 hours depending on the project scope.
Can I order just one sample?
Yes! We offer sample prints so you can check quality before committing to a full order.
What materials and printing techniques do you use?

Do you offer design services if I don't have my own artwork?
Absolutely. Whether you have files ready or need full branding kits, our design team supports you from concept to final art.
Can I request revisions to the designs you create?
All design packages include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be purchased if needed. We work closely with you to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Can you create branding kits from scratch?

 Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom products are final sale unless there’s a production error or the item arrives damaged.
How do I request a return or report an issue?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after we approve and receive the return.
What if my package never arrived?
